Return Policy: We hope you will love your pottery as much as we do. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectation, we will be happy to give you a full merchandie refund, gift certificate, or merchandise exchange. Shipping is at the buyers expense. Please call 913.680.0806 to obtain the proper 'Returns' address. We take great care in packaging our pottery. However, if you find that your order has been damaged in shipping please retain all of your original packaging and notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. All in stock items will be replaced. If items are not in stock we will work with you to find the best substitution or make a refund. |
